Travel Plan
Requirements:
Tokyo summer A, B, C & D:
minimum age 15 years old by the program start date.
Tokyo summer E: minimum
age 14 years old by the program start date.
Participants are mainly
high school and university students. Our students come from different countries around the world, from USA, Canada, and European
countries, etc. It is a great opportunity to make new friends.

* Deadlines: Program will be closed
when the host family spaces are filled. After deadline applications depend
on space and require confirmation of enrolment documents and program fee in a
very shorter time frame. **
Fees: Air ticket is not included in the program fee, if you need travel agency information please contact us.
Registration fee is included in the total program fee.
Registered students please follow the fee amount and dates in your student information
sheet.
Note:
Tokyo summer A, B, C & D: have more components of organized trips
and cultural activities. Except the lessons, trips and activities,
students are on their own, thus they are expected to be independent. Students
normally prefer to spend the free time with their host families or their new
friends. These programs have classes for all levels.
Tokyo summer E: is a culture immersion program,
it offers more language practice opportunities and more time to spend with the
host families to experience the Japanese life. Students are expected to
experience local life, exchange culture or explore the city together with their families in the
weekends. This
program has
beginner and intermediate level classes.

The program fee includes:
Registration fee;
Tuition and textbook for all courses;
Accommodation;
Meals except lunch on school days (for homestay only, dormitory does not have
meals);
Airport pickup (no drop off except for program E);
Culture activities and
trips;
Medical insurance;
Assistance on travel booking (North America only);
Pre-departure program and travel guide;
Note: Air fare is not included in the program fee; Meals are only
provided by homestay, not provided
for dormitory option, dorm shared kitchen is accessible; Airport pickup is included
for all programs, however, only program E
provides airport drop off.

About financial
aid:
Consortium Agreement: we
accept college students' financial aid from their university or college on our program. Please ask your financial aid office about the
policy and procedures, often you are required for approval for course credit
first. If approved, please fax or email us a copy of "Consortium
Agreement" to sign.

Travel Plan:
For all students, we will pick you up at
the Tokyo Narita Airport on the scheduled arrival date. Customs
information and airport maps will be sent to you prior to departure.
Travel agency contacts will be provided to students departure from North America.
It is recommended that you compare
the air travel between your travel agent and the one we referred to find one
that best suit your needs. The travel agency we referred is dedicated
to Asia traveling, they often have competitive rates.
