Trip Leaders to Japan (part time)
Position Description:
To lead a group of students for 3 weeks in Japan during the summer (mid-July-early
Aug). The age of the group will be around 14-20 years old.
Duties:
You mainly act as a liaison between host school and students (All the
classes, trips and activities will be arranged and managed by the host
school).
Assist in the airport pickup and drop offs.
Assist in student orientations
Assist the host school in
managing occurring student issues.
Deal with any emergent student issues.
Other relevant tasks.
Average time spend on job during school days
around
1 hour per day, it varies depends on the real situations. Leader Benefits:

Unpaid position, but partial travel allowance will be provided. Qualifications:
1. Mature and responsible.
2. Experience in working with teenagers or children preferred.
3. Experience in leading groups welcomed.
4. Experience in coaching others through personal and spiritual crisis welcomed.
5. A willingness to learn and experience a different culture.
6. A flexible attitude to adapt to new environment.
7. Work, study or travel abroad experience welcomed.
