About financial aid:

Consortium Agreement: we accept college students' financial aid from their university or college on our program. Please ask your financial aid office about the policy and procedures, often you are required for approval for course credit first.  If approved, please fax or email us a copy of "Consortium Agreement" to sign.

Bursaries: we have limited number of bursaries available to students from low income families.  This is a part of an effort to supplement students' funding from other sources, each recipient receives an amount of 300 USD toward the program cost.   The application needs to go through the student's school advisor or counsellor.

 Travel Plan:

During the summer time, there is basically no difference on ticket prices between group and individual rates, also due to the fact that students depart from different cities, thus we do not arrange group travel.  However, we will send you emergency contacts numbers for the airport pickup, and we will pick you up even if there is a flight delay.  Custom information and airport maps will be sent to you prior to departure.

Please note that the international air fare is not included in the program fee.  But we can travel agency contacts (for travel from North America only). It is recommended that you compare the air travel between your travel agent and the one we referred to find one that best suit your needs.  The travel agency we referred is dedicated to China traveling, they often have competitive rates and offer different travel options.
