Beijing summer program: Courses - Culture Activities - Trips

Courses & Activities:

    Our classes are conducted by state qualified teachers with many years experience of teaching Chinese language to international students.

    The language classes are Monday to Friday 20 lessons a week.  They run in the morning from 8:30am-11:50am with each session 45 minutes.  Students are separated into different class according to their level of language proficiency.

    The cultural lessons are in the afternoon and include: Chinese cultural seminars, martial arts, calligraphy, Chinese painting.   We also have language exchange opportunities for students to mingle with local peers.

   The trips are mainly held on the weekends, they include: The Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square, The Great Wall, The Ming Tombs, etc.  Please refer to the schedule page for itineraries. 

   During the Olympic Game period, there will be lessons or tutoring average about 2 lessons per day (Monday-Friday).  Other activities include: game watching, TV watching, exchange, Olympic related events, etc.  We will have tickets for different games.

Credits:

Credit transfer is mainly for college students and sometimes for high school students.  Students could earn credit for completing the summer programs. Upon finishing your courses, you will be provided with certificate, or letter of attendance stating the courses you completed, level, hours, and grade. The transcripts (certificates) are issued by the hosting university, which are all fully accredited programs.
